Generally, each applicant must pay a fee to file an application in QCAT. If you have difficulty in paying the application fee, you may apply to QCAT on the grounds of financial hardship. If your matter is an appeal you may apply to QCAT to have your application fee reduced to $100. In other applications to QCAT, the fee may be waived. Applications for fee waiver or reduction (for appeals) will only be approved in special circumstances.
