Home Assist Secure (HAS) provides critical home maintenance services to people aged 60 years or over, or people of any age who have a disability. The service can subsidise labour costs for works relating to health, safety or security helping eligible people remain in their home. It also provides safety-related information and referrals which are available to both home owners and people in the private rental market.
